Llyn Brenig

North Wales

A truly special forested site with trout fishery, cycle hire, adventure playground, visitor centre and café with views for days from the balcony. Llyn Brenig is also home to rare nesting Ospreys that can be seen from April to the end of August. With 23km of shoreline stretching around one of the largest areas of inland water in Wales it is recognised as one of the best top-of-the-water fisheries in the UK.

Llandegfedd Lake Usk

Set among the beautiful rolling landscape of the Usk Valley just 20 miles from Cardiff, Llandegfedd Lake is the perfect place to enjoy water sports, fishing, walking, wildlife watching and picnicking. A truly dog-friendly visitor attraction where four legged friends are welcome to enjoy the stunning views from the restaurant balcony or rest and ‘paws’ for thought inside the new Grab & Go café.

Llys-y-Frân

West Wales

Set in the foothills of the Preseli Mountains in Pembrokeshire, Llys-y-Frân Lake and Activity Centre reopened in June 2021 after an extensive refurbishment. It now offers a new Visitor Centre, café, mountain biking, pump skills area, walking trails, water and land activities, fishing and adventure playground, and a cycle hub with 14km of cycle trails.
