Beacons Water Group welcome visitors from Norfolk
Following a visit to Norfolk at the end of last year, the Beacons Water Group hosted a reciprocal visit to Wales earlier this year.
Lizzie Emmett from Wensum Farmers Group and David Jones from Morley Farms toured several farms within the group, observing innovative practices introduced by group members.
The visit was a chance to share experiences and innovations, things which are at the heart of the philosophy that drives the Beacons Water Group.
The visitors were particularly taken with was the social aspect of the group. Sitting round the dinner table, the conversation and camaraderie proved an inspiration, and will be something the Norfolk farmers hope to replicate in their future with their members.
