Tender Process

Welsh Water advertises tender opportunities for goods, services, and works through its procurement portal. Suppliers must be registered on the portal to view opportunities and submit tenders.

How We Advertise:

Depending on the scale and manner of Goods, Services or Works we endeavour to procure, we will use one of the following routes to advertise our opportunities. Registration on Find a Tender, Sell2Wales and Jaggaer is free of charge.

  • Find a Tender - If you are an organisation or service provider that is looking to work with us, you can find out what we’re currently procuring for by searching for Dŵr Cymru on the Find a Tender website.
  • Sell2Wales - If you are an organisation or service provider that is looking to work with us, you can find out what we’re currently procuring for by searching for Dŵr Cymru on the Sell2Wales website.
  • Jaggaer - The Welsh Water eSourcing Portal enables suppliers to submit their quotations and tenders electronically, providing a straightforward, secure and efficient way for managing tendering activities thus reducing time and effort required by both buyers and suppliers.
  • Achilles - We also use the Achilles Vendor Database for the selection of pre-qualified suppliers.
