Our Drinking Water Catchment team works hard through the year to understand how water quality changes through the seasons. No matter the time of year we need to ensure we’re delivering clean, safe drinking water. And winter is no different.
The plus points to being outdoors at this time of year though is the crisp, wintry landscape that can often be seen around the amazing places we go sampling.
Charlotte Bryan, Catchment Scientist, said: "The cold weather is offset by some beautiful scenery which really lifts the spirits some days. Our reservoirs are located in some of the most beautiful parts of Wales, and I always make sure I have camera on hand to capture the wonders of nature."
